In 2018, Victoria was appointed Creative Director of Shanghai Tang.
During her tenure, Victoria was responsible for the design and launch of four ready-to-wear seasonal collections (womenswear and menswear); several ready-to-wear capsule collections; collaborations with Chinese artist
Xu Bing, Chinese shoe designer Bing Xu, beverage brand Budweiser and Beijing contemporary art museum UCCA; a new eyewear range; a new kidswear range; a number of homewares collections; revitalising the Made-to-Order service; and the re-launch of the iconic Ginger Flower fragrance, as well as a new series of 6 iconic scents. Victoria was credited with bring the brand "back to its roots" and injecting contemporary Chinese craft and aesthetics back into the much loved brand.
